Our Holistic Approach
Five elements drives its inspiration from The five koshas, also known as sheaths, are layers of the self-according to the Taittiriya Upanishad. Using the ancient teachings of the Taittiriya Upanishad, we strive to holistically address all five koshas, or layers of being, in order to create a more balanced and harmonious work environment. We believe that by taking a holistic approach to personal growth and development, our employees can reach their fullest potential.
The Annamaya kosha is the body layer, representing the physical aspect of the self in the context of the five koshas from the Taittiriya Upanishad.
The Pranamaya kosha is the breath layer, which encompasses the vital energy and the flow of breath within the framework of the five koshas as outlined in the Taittiriya Upanishad.
The Manomaya kosha is the mind layer, representing the realm of thoughts and emotions within the framework of the five koshas according to the Taittiriya Upanishad.
The Vijnanamaya kosha is the intellect layer, encompassing higher reasoning and discernment as one of the five koshas as described in the Taittiriya Upanishad.
The Anandamaya kosha is the soul layer, signifying the deepest and most blissful aspect of the self within the framework of the five koshas as outlined in the Taittiriya Upanishad.
We help you discover the path to happiness and fulfillment by aligning five layers. We believe that a balanced and harmonious life is the key to achieving one’s aspirations.
