Using the ancient teachings of the Taittiriya Upanishad, we strive to holistically address all five koshas, or layers of being, in order to create a more balanced and harmonious work environment. The five koshas, also known as sheaths, are layers of the self according to the Taittiriya Upanishad they are:

Body Layer:  Annamaya kosha
Breath Layer:  Pranamaya kosha
Mind Layer: Manomaya kosha
Intellect Layer: Vijnanamaya kosha
Soul Layer:  Anandamaya kosha
